Program Includes:

Overview of various techniques and methods for stress reduction, such as breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation, and physical activity. Participants will have the opportunity to try different techniques and determine which one fits their lifestyle best.

Coping with Acute Stress Situations

Practical strategies for coping with acute stress situations, including time management, problem-solving skills, and the use of support systems. These skills are crucial to remaining effective functioning under pressure.

Building Resilience

Techniques to develop resilience, which is essential for dealing with stress in the long term. This includes building a positive mindset, setting realistic goals, and developing strong personal and professional networks.

Practical Exercises
